My deepest and heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Diedre Cherry and the entire Cherry Family. Mere words will never be able to express my love and appreciation for all the kindness The Cherry Family has shown to me over the years.
There was never a time I ever saw Keith angry, disrespectful or had a harsh word for anyone. He always displayed his beautiful smile and love for others. He was indeed a jokester and always kept you laughing, about everything... He found the brighter side of every situation, no matter what it was.
Although many of us have moved miles away and started families and created new lives, there is one true factor that will always stand. We are all family from the tight knitted community of The Tompkins Houses in Brooklyn, 11206. The PJ's were more than a housing development -it was a development of growth, that gave us all the survival tools we needed to make it anywhere. I will forever cherish all the beloved memories and a unforgettable friendship with Mr. Keith Cherry. May all the Ancestors embrace your entrance Keith, as you entered into God's Holy Kingdom. You truly earned your wings, for all the lives you touched and a job well done, while here on this earth.
May God bless, keep and uphold the entire Cherry family during your time of bereavement.
